Founded in 2013 by Mehdi Fassaie as a spin-off from ParcelPoint, known then as Fluent Retail, to better support omnichannel retail fulfillment needs. ParcelPoint is a freight business operating a network of collection and drop-off locations for retail. Mehdi Fassaie drove the development of software towards where Fluent Commerce is today, under the reins of current CEO, Graham Jackson.
